SUPER Kids Santa Visits
Details →Santa is here for everyone! Our SUPER Kids program provides activities and events for children with special needs and their families. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be at Mansfield City Hall for sensory-friendly visits for children with any special needs or activity limitations who don't respond well to the huge crowds and music. City Hall is fully accessible, making it an easier option for wheelchairs & walkers. We will have a quiet waiting room with tables and chairs, so no standing in long lines before your one-on-one visit. Mansfield Parks & Recreation is excited to help ALL children in the community have a great experience meeting Santa this year!

Social Run/Walk
Details →Go The Distance Run Club is a welcoming running and walking community dedicated to helping people connect, move, and build healthy habits together. Whether you're an experienced runner, a casual walker, or trying something new for the first time, all ages, abilities, and paces are welcome. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where community comes first and everyone feels encouraged to participate. Participants can enjoy a group run or walk, meet new friends, explore local parks and trails, and spend quality screen-free time outdoors. Meetups typically include light stretching, a guided 3–4 mile route, and time to connect with fellow community members before and after the miles. No special experience is required—just bring comfortable shoes, a positive attitude, and a desire to be active with others. We believe movement is better together and that meaningful connections are built one mile at a time. Please visit https://www.instagram.com/gtd_runclub for latest weather updates.
